Simple and Transparent
Loans start from £125k up to £1m. Our fee structures are transparent and customers pay a product fee (based upon their loan size). We partner with Knights who act for us in all conveyancing work and who can also act for the customer. They also have a very clear and transparent fee structure, based upon how much is being borrowed and whether they will act solely for Gable Mortgages or for the customer as well. Your client is of course free to appoint their own conveyancer.
You could lose your home if you don’t keep up your mortgage repayments.
