Use our tools and resources to get an illustration

Our Intermediary Portal provides a personalised illustration for your customer, including product details, monthly payments, APRC, and product fees.
3

Get a DIP through our streamlined portal

Gable Mortgages offers a soft footprint credit search for your customer, allowing us to quickly and easily provide an indication of our intention to lend. DIP decisions remain valid for 30 days.
4

Submit a Full Mortgage Application

Once your customers are ready, you can finalise the digital mortgage application through the Intermediary Portal. We will utilise AVM and other state-of-the-art tech, aiming to provide a lending decision as quickly as possible.
5

Packaging

Before submitting your application, you will be required to pay any product fees and upload the requested supporting documents. We will then review the file, assess the documents provided, and order a valuation if necessary. A comprehensively packaged application will mean a quicker decision.
6

Underwriting with an open communication channel

Once we have received the requested information and valuation, our underwriters will look to make a final lending decision. If the application is approved, an offer will be issued and a copy will be sent to the broker, conveyancer/solicitor and the applicant.
7

Completion

Once all relevant checks have successfully been undertaken by solicitors, they will send us a Certificate of Title when they are ready to complete. We will release funds one working day prior to completion and send the customer a welcome letter confirming the details of the loan and when the first payment will be taken.
8

Receive your procurement fee the week after mortgage completion

The week following the completion of the mortgage, we will transfer your procurement fee to your parent distributor.
