A PwC scholarship laid the foundation for his journey, leading to his selection as one of Africa’s 100 Brightest Young Minds. By the age of 30, he had become CFO of a multinational listed company, demonstrating his financial expertise and leadership on the global stage. His career has taken him to London, Johannesburg, Shanghai, and Los Angeles, where he has consistently delivered exceptional results.
Since taking the helm at Gable, Justin has driven rapid growth. He has expanded the firm’s balance sheet and strengthened its presence in key markets, including London, Mauritius, Dubai, and South Africa. His strategic acumen and operational excellence have positioned Gable as an industry leader.
Passionate about mentoring future leaders, Justin actively champions talent development and diversity. A Harvard Business School alumnus with a relentless drive for excellence, he continues to shape the future of global business and investment.
At Gable, Mick serves as Operations Director. His expertise in operational excellence and strategic execution plays a vital role in shaping the company’s success. His ability to build strong partnerships and embed best practices ensures both the team and the customer experience continue to grow and thrive.
In addition to his role at Gable, Mick is a Non-Executive Director at The Great Schools Trust, where he supports leadership in driving educational excellence and financial sustainability.
Passionate about collaboration and innovation, Mick is committed to growing Gable into a business that not only succeeds but also sets new industry benchmarks.
Renowned for his ability to lead large teams and integrate advanced technologies, Mike consistently delivers practical, high-impact solutions that exceed expectations. His entrepreneurial mindset, strategic approach, and commitment to fostering a culture of innovation make him a key force in shaping the future of Gable Mortgages.
She began her career at Interbrand, where she progressed quickly, earning industry recognition for her strategic insight and creative brilliance. Roles at Bell Pottinger and Bladonmore in London further expanded her expertise, culminating in two prestigious Trans MENA Awards for Best New Brand and Best Creative Strategy. Her innovative work at agencies Geometry Global and Ogilvy in Cape Town also received acclaim, including a special mention for the “Re-style for Gumtree” campaign.
At JUMO, a leading fintech focused on financial inclusion in Africa, she leveraged her deep understanding of African markets to establish a compelling brand identity in a highly competitive landscape.
Today, at Gable Group, Jacqueline’s ability to fuse creativity with strategy remains central to her approach in building brands with lasting impact.
She holds a BA in Visual Studies from the University of Pretoria and a BA in Communications Management from Vega, the Brand Communications School, and has completed advanced training under Ernst de Jong at his Fine Art school.
Wilf played a pivotal role in the conceptualisation and launch of ABSA Private Bank, serving as Managing Executive and leading its strategic direction, investment committee, and credit committee. He later moved into property development as CEO of a listed company, followed by his role as Executive Chairman of an insurance administration services firm supporting over 600 brokers.
With deep financial expertise and a proven track record in leadership, Wilf brings a wealth of experience to Gable Mortgages, helping to shape its strategic growth and financial direction.
As the founder of Circular, Dom built a pioneering platform that redefines digital engagement for businesses and communities. Circular streamlines event management, e-commerce, and payment systems, demonstrating Dom’s ability to deliver practical, transformative solutions tailored to modern needs.
Dom’s expertise is supported by a strong foundation in technology. He extended his studies in advanced computing and product management at the National University of Singapore. A HarvardX alumnus, he has also earned certifications in cloud computing, data analytics, and emerging technologies, highlighting his deep technical acumen.
With a career spanning the design, development, and management of innovative digital solutions, Dom combines a hands-on approach with strategic insight. His work reflects a commitment to excellence and empowers organisations to embrace technology and achieve long-term success in an ever-evolving digital landscape.
